My family and friends would likely describe me as an energetic, positive, successful, self-starter with an infectious smile and comical wit. I will tell you that I am a model high-achiever who repeatedly started everything at the bottom but always finished on top.
The thing that was hiding in plain sight from everyone, including myself, was my confusion between just being busy and actually making progress. I had no real direction, no life plan, and lacked all evidence of intentionality. The speed at which I was climbing the corporate ladder was only a fraction of the speed at which my life was spinning out of control from the lack of direction. In 2017, I found myself lying in a hospital bed due to medical complications brought on by stress.
After my release from the hospital, I walked away from it all in order to live an authentic life pursuing my passion for leadership development and coaching. Through this passion and energy, Lion Enterprise, LLC was created to add value to others. Today, I am a Certified Professional Leadership Coach and a Certified Leadership Speaker and Trainer.
I've always been a proven performer who achieves measurable results regardless of the circumstances and I am confident I can help you, and your team, maximize leadership effectiveness and improve team dynamics.
